Your responsibilities:

Full integration into the team to directly work with and support clients in live M&A transactions and strategy projects across all stages of the process

Preparation of market, company and competitor analyses

Research and identification of potential targets or buyers

Preparation of process documentation

Preparation of company valuations
-
Support in due diligence
-
Creation of presentations for ongoing mandates and business development projects

Your qualifications:

First-rate degree from a leading business school or university preferably with a focus area of accounting & finance / M&A / business administration

First practical experiences in advisory, investment banking, M&A, PE, corporate finance or a related field (e.g. banking, audit, controlling) with excellent references

Business fluent German & English, additional language proficiencies are welcome

High proficiency in MS Office applications

You think analytically, enjoy problem-solving with „out of the box“ solutions and maintain strong communication skills
